JOB DESCRIPTION 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the point of contact when dealing with our customers. While taking inbound calls, you will give client technical support to their questions and inquiries. You will be responsible for resolving internet and computer usage issues. 

Your Task: 

• Taking inbound calls and resolving inquiries from customers 
• Responding to customers questions via phone or email 
• Accurately resolving customer questions in an accurate and timely manner 
• Explain solutions to customers clearly and ensuring information and instructions are accurate 
• Completing inquiries in a timely manner 
• Completes required documentation such as tracking communication with customers, in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Troubleshoots technical issues experienced by customers 

Requirements for this role: 

• Excellent command of the English language 
• Previous Technical support or Customer Service Experience 
• Knowledge of information technology systems required 
• Computer Savvy 
• Upbeat and friendly personality 
• Pays attention to detail 
• Must have valid Canadian ID (Citizenship, Work Permit or Permanent Residency) 
• Must be 18 years of age or more 
• High school or GED education
